A successful POST /api/v1/decisions uses 1 credit. Validation errors and upstream failures do not. Checkout shows the credits a plan adds; about 100 credits correspond to 1 USD before tax and local pricing.
Monthly plans renew each billing cycle. Yearly plans bill once a year. Both add credits to the same account.
Yes, from the billing page. Upgrades apply on the current cycle. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the cycle you already paid.
No. Credits from a one-time top-up stay on the account until you use them.
Checkout runs through Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards. Other methods can appear depending on region.

A 422 or an upstream failure does not use a credit. A 402 means the balance was already short before the decision ran. Add credits from this page and run the same request again.
